You answer a short online intake from home. A licensed provider from LocumTele reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued.

When am I charged?

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.
